Exchange and Returns

Effective Date: 1st August 2025

We understand that sizing can sometimes be tricky when shopping online. At Ninety Degree, we offer a one-time size exchange to ensure you get the perfect fit.

Eligibility for Exchange

You may request a size exchange under the following conditions:

• The request is made within 2 days of receiving your order

• The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact

• The exchange is for size only — no style or color changes

How to Request an Exchange

1. Email us at contact.ninetydegree@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at 8433741530 within 2 days of delivery

2. Mention your order number, item name, and the new size required

3. Our team will review and confirm the exchange request

4. You will need to ship the original item back to our address at your own cost

5. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll dispatch the new size (subject to availability).

Important Notes

• Exchanges are processed once per order only

• If the requested size is unavailable, we will issue a store credit instead

• We do not offer reverse pickups at the moment

• We do not accept returns or refunds
